Welcome to La Cave Rouge.
La Cave Rouge is a boutique wine cellar of the highest quality. We are proud to offer an impressive inventory of European and Californian wines and we take great pride in the quality and range of our selection.
In our strictly temperature controlled cellars we have emphasized the older, traditional style of wine-making. We believe that wine is meant to complement food, thus we have in our inventory wines with complexity and finesse. Many of our wines are difficult, if not impossible, to find. Enjoy our selection, enjoy your shopping and most of all enjoy the wine.
Our wine reviews are selected from the most appropriate available reviewer for each specific wine and region. For example, Burghound is used for the reviews of Burgundy wines and Robert Parker for Bordeaux wines.
Here are the abbreviations:
BH = Burghound, RP = Robert Parker, TZ = Tanzer, WS = Wine Spectator
Thank you for visiting.
